"Temporarily allow all this page" breaks JS on all already opened HTTPS sites (on Medium Security)

NoScript has issues again with enabling JS, see #23747 (moved). This is with NoScript 5.1.4.

This really annoying bug is still present in 5.1.8.3.

mcs, brade do you have some cycles to look at this bug?
