Exit policy heading does not line wrap

Description

The heading item on line three on the right indicates the current exit policy. However, if this is longer than the screen, it just runs off, and does not wrap onto a new line. Especially given that the `best-practice' policy from https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tips-running-exit-node-minimal-harassment is rather long, wrapping this text is desirable.

Line wrapping would definitely be a no-go since that would lead to a dynamic header size (which in turn would eat up the log's screen real estate, plus just about every other panel). Also, the exit policy really isn't a particularly important field. It's actually dropped entirely if you shrink your window size so it's in a single column.

At the moment I'm not thinking of any benefit in cramming the full policy into the interface or providing it in a dialog. If they have something unpleasantly long then it'll still be visible in the torrc panel.

Resolving for now. If you have a particular idea for improving the UI with this then feel free to reopen. Cheers! -Damian
