People page: Nicholas Merrill description is incorrect

Nicholas description incorrectly states that he runs a directory authority.

There was a ticket about adding his directory authority but that step has never been completed.

Oh wait, I screwed up on this. During the flurry of adding folks to the page I chatted with Nicholas to ask if he was on tor-internal@ (the criteria for being listed there). He isn't, but then I got confused while adding other folks. Fix will be live in a few minutes...
