Description
[X] Change details that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
It's checked by default. Isn't this safe?
"Enabled change details" = "Change details is okay"
what details? = distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
Enabled = you are different than others = identifiable = danger
Why not say:
[X] Prevent any changes that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
OR
[X] Let me change something that distinguish you from other Tor Browser
Now, which is correct?

And when the user untick the checkbox:
[X] Prevent any changes that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
Show dialog box(something like JS' confirm())
"Do you really want to do this? Tor can't help you if you use it wrong! [YES] [NO]"
[X] Prevent any changes that distinguish you from other Tor Browser users
if enabled, TBB will stick to DEFAULT_FINGERPRINT. TBB users unite!
[X] Let me change something that distinguish you from other Tor Browser
if enabled, user is taking off one's vendetta mask in public. Yikes!
