Update list of services in services.html

Add the following services:

• https://tormap.void.gr/ (code: https://github.com/kargig/tormap )
• https://nusenu.github.io/OrNetStats/

Remove:

• Compass (being retired)
• OnionView (this link is not really useful anymore)

added component::metrics/website owner::irl priority::medium resolution::fixed severity::normal status::closed type::enhancement labels

It would be great to see that tormap rewritten to use OpenStreetMap tiles instead of Google's and Onionoo instead of manually constructing the data source. This is probably very easily achievable with leaflet.js.

Moving this into my queue.

I've updated the services page as in the description, and attached a patch. This is ready to be reviewed.

If we think we might want to keep the OnionView thing around, we should clone the repo somewhere else as I think CodePlex is going away, and we could move the link to the development or maybe an ideas page for someone else to pick up.
