Description
Right now it can be a little difficult to discover what is available on the Tor Metrics website. We should produce a hierarchy/graph of all content we have an how it should be organised.
This may mean a reshuffle of the navigation bars, or adding some "related links" to certain pages.
This should definitely include all web pages and visualisations. It may also include Relay Search and data sources.

Just a note for when I look at this: The specifications page doesn't seem to be discoverable enough from the place where CSVs are actually downloaded.

This task includes the data and research portals.
It may be worthwhile doing this at the same time as #25404 to save duplicating effort.
