Hi,

I'm sorry to say that 10.3 is currently unsupported, since we no longer have the infrastructure necessary to build working software for it. The earliest system we can support is 10.4. My suggestion is that you download the source for polipo, Vidalia, et al, and build it yourself. We're working on a document to formalize this more officially so that in the future users will not be caught off guard by big changes like this.
