Use selfhost captcha and do not rely on google captcha API

bridges.tpo have self hosted captcha. I want you to use it in this trac.tpo because Google is evil.

I changed the CAPTCHA to Expressions. This now prints a formula in words (seven plus one …) and asks for the solution. I'll have a look how this works against spammers and if regular people are still able to register.
