Rework storage related parts, i.e. those technologies governed by the quota manager (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/IndexedDB_API/Browser_storage_limits_and_eviction_criteria) as they are supposed to be bound to the URL bar domain see: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1405884#c2 (even if disabled by default in PBM).

We should update the sentences regarding Mozilla's tracking protection. They moved to a slightly more elaborated method (see: https://github.com/mozilla-services/shavar-prod-lists) but it still causes tons of breakage and is easily gameable.

FWIW: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1101005 is the meta bug for all the breakage encountered.

We should clarify our stance regarding inclusion requests for third party extensions. There are more and more folks who want to have $extension in our browser and we should write down criteria for it or at least start specifying those. Roger had some good ideas.
