Well it's been available in the alpha builds for Mac and Linux for quiet some time now, only Windows is still in the making.

I'm fine with that, but just for accuracy: do you mean when Snowflake is available on at least one Tor Browser stable build (e.g. on Linux stable builds) or when all platforms have Tor Browser stable builds with Snowflake?
