Thanks for your interest, but I doubt that this ticket will be a good GSoC project. If you still want to work on it, outside of GSoC, take a look at the linked parent ticket for further details.

This is not for a project idea but rather a contribution. I would be proposing for the implementation of email notification system for Tor Weather but as I see, it is not active right now and the application demands a contribution in the organisation and hence, I want to work on this ticket. Thanks for the information.
