Upgrade obfs4proxy to v0.0.7 in Tor Browser

The bundled version of obfs4proxy in Tor Browser is super old on macOS (and probably other platforms) - v0.0.5, from April 2015.

It predates the meek_lite feature which was introduced in v0.0.6 in 2016, and the latest version is v0.0.7.

OnionShare depends on Tor Browser for macOS and Windows (we fetch the tor and obfs4proxy binaries from your package and re-bundle them into OnionShare so that the user can use 'bundled' Tor mode, instead of having to have Tor installed globally or Tor Browser running in the background).

But the old version means that our meek_lite PT support doesn't work on those platforms, only on Linux (where the user is assumed to have installed Tor globally as a dependency to the package).

mig5: Do you need that right away in the next Tor Browser stable or would testing the new obfs4proxy version in the next alpha first be enough for you?

gk: OnionShare tracks the stable release of Tor Browser, so that would be more ideal, but I appreciate you might want to 'stage' it in via the alpha channel.

We are looking at releasing OnionShare 1.3 in the next 24 hours, but we aren't treating this as a blocker - we're just going to ship it with meek_lite disabled on MacOS and Windows systems, and hopefully introduce it when we bump to the next Tor Browser stable release.

If we get desperate to introduce the feature, we can always grab just the obfs4proxy binary from your alpha release, and the tor binary from stable.

So don't go out of your way/usual approach for us :)

Alright, I just pushed the version bump to master (commit 4bed9a85478b6fb16e0d654589d8cb8ed3865027). This will definitely make it into the next alpha (due in about two weeks). I am still pondering whether we want to ship 0.0.7 right away in the stable.

We'll include it in 7.5.1 with commit 3eb067f6ba61e4a1069f5816c0821b26b627dfc8 on tor-browser-builds maint-7.5.
