When I start nyx in small terminal then I expand the terminal window and the "cpu %" disappears

Description
When I start nyx in small terminal window then I expand the terminal window the "cpu %" disappears. I attached a video showing the bug.

Hi Dbryrtfbcbhgf, sorry about the delay and thanks for the video! This is kinda mystifying. I tried to repro this with both the 2.0.4 release and current master but they both work for me. When your terminal's width is 141 characters the header shows data in two columns, whereas less than that it's shown in one. Here's what it should look like...

Then if I widen my terminal by one character (passing the 140 threshold) it's shown side-by-side...

So question isn't why it disappears from the left, but rather why nothing is appearing on the right. And for that I gotta admit I haven't the foggiest.
If you widen your terminal more slowly does it work? Or if you make it even wider? Would you mind sending me the nyx debug log when you do this? I doubt the logs will show anything, but worth a peek.

Think I'm gonna resolve this. Feel free to reopen if anyone has tips that repros this.
