Put out CollecTor 1.5.1

We have an important fix in CollecTor master that fixes sanitizing webstats files. Let's put out a point release and then deploy the new release on colchicifolium. Tracking the release process on this ticket.

Branch looks fine, pre-release compiles fine, passes all tests&checks, bytecode is reproducible from given sources, jar signatures are fine.

Sure, why not. Going one step further, I could imagine making corsicum the new primary instance and syncing over everything from colchicifolium. But that's related to recent stability issues with colchicifolium, not to the new data. Let's discuss this more on Thursday.

corsicum runs 1.5.1, too, and snych's webstats from now on.

One prerequisite for making corsicum the main instance is more space: colchicifolium has 245G corsicum 145G

But, now that there is more data sources webstats and soon to come contrib it might be good to set that to 500G.

colchicifolium only uses 93G of its 245G right now. That number goes up over time, until I manually clean up. But in theory, 145G should also be sufficient for colchicifolium.

Anyway, let's rather discuss these issues at the team meeting than here.
