windows hidden service bug

After updating to 7.5.3 tor fails on starting when HiddenServiceDir "C:\xxx\yyyy" and HiddenServicePort 80 127.0.0.1:8080 is added to torrc. Log doesn't contain anything.

Do your xxx or yyy have any weird characters in them? (spaces, utf-8 characters, umlauts, etc)

Did anything change in your antivirus or firewall settings? Have you tried turning those off?

You are the only one who reported that issue so far. So, if you could have a look that would be neat. Do you know which is the last version that worked? You can find older Tor Browser releases on: https://archive.torproject.org/tor-package-archive/torbrowser.
