Description

Please refer to the branch in this comment of the parent ticket.

There are two license files in RS. These should be integrated into the main LICENSE file.

The MIT license is just for the flags used by Relay Search.

The Relay Search copyright statement probably should be updated. It may be easier even, to just change the license for Relay Search from 2-clause BSD to 3-clause BSD. I guess we would just have to check with Arturo first. Then we don't need to add another license to the main file.

Could it also be an option to use the Tor license for RS?
In other metrics products the LICENSE file simply contains all licenses covering used code (see Onionoo for an example)

Is the Tor license not BSD 3-clause?

Lines 3-29 in Onionoo's license file looks like it to me.

This ticket does not need to block the merge of the integration so far.

I have asked Arturo if we are happy to change the license.
