Add easiers ways to copy bridge information

Description

Giving others the line [IP:Port ID] to use the bridge is a little difficult, because it requires to open Vidalias' settings navigate to bridge setting and copy the line.

I suggest to add an menu point in the tray menu to copy the bridge information.

For systems without tray menu or disabled tray icon it might be useful to have an button at the control panel of Vidalia.

I'm not sure about this. How many times do you have to copy this information? If it's something you'd do on a daily basis, then may be it's ok to make it easier.
When you setup a bridge I'd expect to share the information by encrypted mail (or something like that) to all the people you want to share it with, and that's about it.

I may be wrong though.

IRC seems more likely.

Ok, but even with that, this doesn't seem to me as a real usability issue.

From my point we can close this. Distributing this information is not required for normal bridges and those who share those information don't have trouble doing it how it is implemented right now.
