Now it says:

Should be updated to 2018. We have updateCopyright.pl for this.

This is going to conflict with all the code refactoring stuff I'm working on (e.g. #26383 (moved)). It's probably best to do this, not as a branch we merge, but just by running the tool once the dust settles.

Done in master in fb0019daf932f8ec8afeb28156d93ed0269c4ec6; not necessary to backport.
