Description

It looks like if we create a CODE_OF_CONDUCT or CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file in the top-most directory of our repo, Github will do some nice things to let new contributors know about it (along with asking them to read the CONTRIBUTING guidelines). Should we add our code of conduct? Or add a link to where it can be found?

I think a link is better because we won't have to worry as much about keeping it in sync.

+1, patch welcome.

Also +1 on using a link; and feel free to copy the verbiage about the CoC from CONTRIBUTING.

lgtm, except I'd like to copy the wording instead of moving it: merged and tweaked.
