TBA: Is the "Slow Script" warning is triggered too often?

Description

When loading Google News, the Slow Script warning is triggered every time the page is loaded. Is this because the timeout is too low and loading the page over Tor exceeds the threshold every time? Is there something else we can do for tuning this for a better user experience?

We can start by looking at nsGlobalWindowInner::SlowScriptResponse() in dom/base/nsGlobalWindowInner.cpp and see when it's called and why.

I hit this sometimes on Tor Browser 8 alpha Linux too.

Getting attention from ux-team on this one too, since Tor Browser complaining to its users that web pages are loading slowly is not going to make their Tor experience more cheerful. :)
