TBA: Make SendTab Safe

    I see two options.

    1. Delete/Comment-out the offending code like Orfox
    2. Delete all instances of SendTab

    I believe the goal here is preventing Orfox/TBA from interacting with the Android Accounts subsystem. This is reasonable.

    To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
