How often do relays upload their descriptor per day?

This question came up in #tor-dev today and wasn't answered so far.

[[TorRelayGuide]] should know, but it does not tell.

It is probably not important to add this to the relay guide.

It is covered in dir-spec:

There are more cases though than are covered in dir-spec. This could potentially be a ticket to update dir-spec with all possible cases in which a relay would upload a new descriptor.
