NoScript 10 (.1.9.6) in TBB 8 can't Export settings to a file

In Linux Mint 18.1, TBB 8.0 / 8.1, NoScript 10.1.9.6 won't export its settings to backup file.

Click the Export button & only a "file download" screen shows. If you click the Download button, the screen disappears & I've not seen it save a file.

Tried several things to get around it - none worked. I'm not sure, but may be possible to copy data under NS settings Advanced > Debug and save in text file.

Export NS 10.1.9.6 settings does work in Firefox 60.0 / 60.1 -64bit (Linux). Brings up standard "Save File" & select a path screen.
