Use new logo in Tor Launcher

Bug #25151 (moved) mentions that there is a new logo to be used in Tor Launcher. This bug will cover that specific task.

Looks good. Merged to master (87d1731c48b9f3f10825390999b14a8199976bd0). I guess we should think to backport it to stable once we have all the other new icons and branding into place to provide a coherent experience.
