Remove failing mirrors

Working on #22182 (moved) the updated script reported several issues with currently listed mirrors. They should be removed (by running the script with --remove-failing) if the errors turn out to be permanent.

(The errors come right from LWP, error handling might be easier with Mojo though).

Several mirrors do not provide the /project/trace/www-master.torproject.org URL but above page does not explain how to do this so we need help by the mirror community or someone else how knows how this was done in the past.
