Description

To ease TBB deployment, Torbutton should check to see if it has been handed a SOCKS port in a special environment variable. We should do this before 1.4.0

Fixed. The env var names are TOR_SOCKS_HOST and TOR_SOCKS_PORT. As an added bonus, I added some code to auto-disable privoxy if TOR_SOCKS_PORT is set, or if we're on Firefox 5 or above.

Goodbye Privoxy and Polipo!
