sbws.rtfd.io does not show the contents of the API

Building the html locally, it shows all the docstrings, but for some reason it doesn't show them online.

changed milestone to %sbws: 1.0.x-final

added component::core tor/sbws milestone::sbws: 1.0.x-final priority::medium resolution::fixed reviewer::teor severity::normal status::closed type::defect labels

It was due rtfd.io using python 2.6 by default and not installing the package.
