Add Graphs section to the Styleguide

We want to have a trusted source for styling (colors and fonts) for teams who need to have data visualization.

Metrics is using this library https://ggplot2.tidyverse.org/.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
