Allow customizing Tor instance in Tor Browser on mobile

Could you add an option to disable automatic startup of built-in Orbot in Tor Browser for Android?

I prefer do not use Orbot and use Termux's tor package instead.

Let's call it "Tor" in the ticket's description, even if people are calling it "Orbot" (I'll leave the original summary).

Orbot is an independent app the Guardian Project created. We copied and integrating that app into Tor Browser on Android during the initial development process, but we don't include "Orbot" anymore.

We can add an option for power users for using another tor instance (and not launching our own).

Renaming this ticket. Disabling Tor (whatever implementation you want) is not allowed. But we can allow power users to configure and customize their Tor instance.
