Description

every time I try to enter in tor browser it says that tor is already running, but not responding, I don't know what to do. Plus I download the last version and my laptop is a windows 10.

Does rebooting the computer help? Otherwise do you see some tor/firefox process in your task manager that could block the one from Tor Browser to start?
