Don't set `privacy.resistFingerprinting.autoDeclineNoUserInputCanvasPrompts` to `false` anymore

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1446472 got solved and the fix will be in the next ESR. We should remove our workaround done in #27543 (moved).
