after installing torbutton 1.3.2-alpha, i am unable to move the toggle button away from its default position.
i would like it in the right corner of the status bar (like older versions placed it), but am unable to move it anywhere. it stays right next to the reload button, which is a kinda suboptimal placement since it has some danger of disabling it by accident.

new: Place button in the nav-bar (FF4 killed the status-bar)
The remark "FF4 killed the status-bar" is not 100% accurate - FF4 has a new toolbar for placement at the bottom of the browser window, called the "Add-on Bar" - but I don't think it is displayed by default in FF4 (the user may need to enable it).
Mike, please can you enable movement of the toggle button when customizing the toolbars, so that users can move it out of the nav-bar, and into the Add-on Bar or to somewhere else?
On Firefox 5 here, using Torbutton 1.4.0 and can confirm am still unable to move the button from the top left. I too would like to see it back in the botton right in the new Add-on bar.
Thanks Mike!

In FF 7.0.1, it is possible to move the toggle button from the nav bar to the add-on bar. This action was not possible in FF4 or FF5 (as reported). I don't know if this change is related to a fix for another torbutton ticket, or if something was changed in FF.
This ticket could be closed as resolved if the reporter, or someone else, can verify that this works for them too.
Note - in FF 7.0.1, the torbutton -> Preferences... -> Display Settings option does not affect whether the Tor proxy status is displayed in the "status bar".
