Please add op-ab to CollecTor

A new OnionPerf vantage point has been set up to improve diversity at:

https://op-ab.onionperf.torproject.net/

It has been stable for a week now and is ready to be included in our CollecTor instances.

Sounds good. I just added op-ab to CollecTor's properties file, but it'll take a few more hours until the next run. I'll check over the next days whether it gets archived successfully.

Next step will be to add op-ab to the Tor Metrics website. I believe that's going to happen automagically. But if not, I'll take a look.

Found and fixed an issue with distinguishing public and onion server requests in graphs. Now waiting for next update run to succeed.
