Yes, except that I'm not doing real research on this topic but only scratching the surface. I also think that papers on the topic of GeoIP database comparison already exist, and I'm not sure though that we should encourage more research specifically on this topic. There's probably other research that Tor would benefit more from. I'd say we can close this ticket, but I'll reassign to irl to make that call.
