android link from download page behaves weirdly

On the new download page: https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/ click on the little robot picture (which when I hover over it, it says it is a link to https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/#android)

Two things happen:

(A) A separate tab opens, called "Success", for no particular reason that I can see: https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/thank-you/ (what was successful?)

(B) I reload the download page, and find myself looking at the top of the download page again, even though my browser url has changed to https://lektor-staging.torproject.org/tpo/staging/download/#android

I guess what I would have expected would be:

(A) No weird success tab opens when there isn't anything that was successful, and

(B) It would move me down to the section of the download page which is for android downloads.
