util/map_anon_nofork test fails on macOS

I get the following error on macOS:

See #29534 (moved) for disabling this test; it's not just macos, but it's not 100% of macos versions.

#29534 (moved) has been merged to disable this test. I've added #29541 (moved) in 0.4.1.x to make it pass and re-enable it.
