Update TBA built-in bridges

After #28802 (moved), we should update the built-in bridges provided by tor browser on android.

added TorBrowserTeam201903 component::applications/tor browser owner::tbb-team priority::medium resolution::fixed severity::normal status::closed tbb-mobile type::defect labels

Okay, i pushed 29794_0 to my repo. It still needs testing.

Looks good to me. Any reason why we just do not use the same bridges as on desktop? Anyway, that's now commit a6fedc0228d1c66f067f5dc8454cdc110ed2777d on master.
