Add check.torproject.org to about:tor

Add check.torproject.org page to about:tor.

Just a link even if it is not prominent will be good.

check.torproject.org is not particularly reliable (e.g. it is giving out false negatives). Moreover, the Tor check is included in Tor Browser already. There is no need to have yet another check exposed, say, on about:tor.
