Add nodejs project for building Firefox 68 ESR

nodejs > 8.11 is a build requirement for Firefox 68 ESR. We should add a respective project in tor-browser-build.

Indeed, thanks. bug_30701_v2 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-browser-build.git/commit/?h=bug_30701_v2&id=92af1f795a7a89104610bbec51e58cb5c771ac46) has a PoC which I am using while trying to get mozilla-beta to build in tor-browser-build.
