Macedonian 9.0a6 bundles are missing localized strings

It turns out that for some reason Macedonian is not properly localized on 9.0a6. Other locales don't suffer from this problem, though.

It seems we forgot to adapt the jar.mn file after we directly included Torbutton into tor-browser. bug_31725 (https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/torbutton.git/commit/?h=bug_31725&id=7e6b62a61a0d26b79dd14f14e4d8d36bff7bf1c8) in my torbutton repo has the fix for review.
