Theory: the new web-fsn-01.tpo rotation webserver is busted.

sounds about right
curl --resolve 'bugs.torproject.org:443:116.202.120.165' -I https://bugs.torproject.org/
curl: (60) SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

Resolution: fixed
Status: assignedclosed

the spec.tpo service and the vanity vhosts (bugs, wiki, safetyboard, etc; i.e. all the things that are only an apache config but no data) were not previously included in the static_mirror_web role.

This has now been fixed, thanks for the report.
