We have some working way of dealing with Apple's notarization requirement. We should now update our signing infrastructure with what we've learned so far.

Okay, to give an update here. I updated our signing infrastructure so we are able to sign builds for the latest macOS as well. Everything seems to be working as before. We still need to figure out the proper process for taking the new notarization requirement into account. This will be the remaining bit for this ticket before updating the release process notes.
