It looks like requesting macOS builders has hung on travis. I am going to cancel them all, then restart the important ones.

Travis CI status is green, which is odd: https://www.traviscistatus.com/

It looks like the Travis macOS queue is incredibly long, so macOS builds take 10-20 minutes to even get a builder.

I think this is worth an emergency CI fix, to disable all but 1 macOS job in each build.
