Travis: macOS jobs hang, or take a long time to be scheduled
When we backport, our builds are slow, because Travis doesn't have a lot of macOS builders.
If this issue continues, we should delete (or comment out) the allow_failure macOS jobs.

Travis CI status is green, which is odd: https://www.traviscistatus.com/
It looks like the Travis macOS queue is incredibly long, so macOS builds take 10-20 minutes to even get a builder.
I think this is worth an emergency CI fix, to disable all but 1 macOS job in each build.
