TorBrowser 9.0 with sidebar (e.g. history) does weird things to content panel

To reproduce, hit ctrl+H and then manually resize the browser window randomly.

Actually this happens not only with the sidebar but when you change parts of the UI for example hiding/showing the menu bar / bookmarks toolbar.

This is a feature called letterboxing - see the blog ​https://blog.torproject.org/new-release-tor-browser-90 . The size of your browser's chrome (sidebar, bookmark toolbar, resizing etc) dictates the size of the inner window which dictates how much letterboxing is used to keep your content (viewport) at rounded sizes
