Purge test accounts and data from riseup in February 4, 2020

We are migrating into nc.torproject.net. We are planning to remove any test account from nc.riseup.net in February 4, 2020. This is the ticket for us not to forget :)

another thing that we might want to do as part of this process is to update the internal Nextcloud documentation to follow the move:

I can purge accounts and their data via the admin interface. Once that is done, there will be no recovering of that data, so we need to be absolutely sure! There are currently 20 people in the tor group:

There are four people in the tor_enrolling group:

I would remove all those users, and those groups and any associated data.

ok. Let me send a last mail reminding people and giving them until Monday. On Monday Feb 10th (or any time that week that you can do it) we can go ahead and remove that data. Thanks!

i checked my account and found no data present that is not also present on the new server. (actually, I found a set of photos i shared with steph but i had a local copy and i am moving them over as we speak now.)

data associated with my account can be destroyed after that transfer completes (which will be done in 10 minutes unless otherwise noted). my account itself can also be destroyed if it shouldn't exist on the server after the trial period.
