Some webm videos not working on Windows 7
Some users are reporting that the following video does not work for them, on Windows 7, in any security level: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/transcoded/2/22/Volcano_Lava_Sample.webm/Volcano_Lava_Sample.webm.360p.vp9.webm

If you download the video and inspect it, it is vp9 (video) opus (audio)

To be fair, that url doesn't play video (only audio) for me on normal Firefox either.
