TOR crashes when AvoidDiskWrites and/or DisableAllSwap defined in `torrc`

Windows 7x64, Tor Bundle 9.5a2, tor 0.4.2.3-alpha.

Specifying

AvoidDiskWrites 1 
DisableAllSwap 1

Crashes tor on start, nothing in log.

Ignore DisableAllSwap since it is mention that it is not supported on Windows. No such mention for AvoidDiskWrites: https://2019.www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual.html.en

I'd suggest grabbing the 'expert mode' tor.exe out of tor-win64-0.4.2.3-alpha.zip in https://dist.torproject.org/torbrowser/9.5a2/ and with it, you can see tor's output to stdout, including whatever error message it is giving you.
