While attempting an update for the 9.0.4 release, I am receiving the following errors:

The drive folder is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13CADQTsCwrGsIID09YQbNz2DfRMUoxUU

It says we have 14 GB free, so I'm not sure why we're getting this error. The script first deletes old binaries before uploading new ones.

Priority: Very HighMedium

Looks like the rclone command rclone delete gdrive:releases moves files to a trash bin without fully removing them from storage. I'm lowering the priority since I fixed this manually for this release but we should figure out a way to script this in the future.

I still can't create merge requests in dip, but here's a branch with one commit that fixes this: https://dip.torproject.org/cohosh/gettor/commit/dfab6fc7acce3a7492a683ef0e550de721180ef1

It adds a call to rclone cleanup to empty the trash for the google drive remote: https://rclone.org/commands/rclone_cleanup/
