@pili: I assigned you this ticket, as an RT admin, for the next step. I believe that would be to grant gus access to the queue somehow, which might require creating a group. Let me know if you need help!

I created a new group and I gave it access to the queue (I think... :) )
I tried sending a couple of emails to both training@tpo and training@rt.tpo and they've both been returned as undelivered by eugeni and rude respectively.
Is there something else that needs to be done to get the actual email address created?
