Hello, as part of Community Portal, we're setting up a remote training program. To manage the new requests, we would like to have a new queue in RT:

email address: training@tpo
queue name: training
access: pili, ggus

I've created the new queue, at least I think I did. The setup was a little more complicated than I thought it would be. I documented my findings here:

The next step is to test the queue. See if you can make sense of it! :)

@pili: I assigned you this ticket, as an RT admin, for the next step. I believe that would be to grant gus access to the queue somehow, which might require creating a group. Let me know if you need help!

I created a new group and I gave it access to the queue (I think... :) )

I tried sending a couple of emails to both training@tpo and training@… and they've both been returned as undelivered by eugeni and rude respectively.

Is there something else that needs to be done to get the actual email address created?

okay, there's some weird greylisting stuff going on, but this should converge to something that works eventually. :p

the problem was that i forgot to reload a map, i updated the docs to try to avoid that error in the future.

i'll do some more tests and give you back the ticket when i'm confident i got things in order on my side. :)
