Description

When starting tbb-9.5a6-build1 I get:

And the log says:

And, indeed, http://deb.debian.org/debian/pool/main/n/nss/libnss3_3.42.1-1+deb10u1_amd64.deb is not available anymore. Just a deb10u2.

So, I tested on a different machine and the tag worked for me. But there I am fetching libnss3_3.42.1-1+deb10u2_amd64.deb and, interestingly enough, openjdk-11-jre-headless_11.0.6+10-1~deb10u1_amd64.deb.

One difference between the machines I noticed is the breaking one does not do the debootstrap dance but seems to use the one built on 11/19/2019 (at least that's the time my log file gives me for the latest debootstrap run) while the working machine does run the debootstrap step.

So, I wonder whether that bug is something that falls into #28102.

Okay, saving my debootstrap-image dir in my outdir and starting fresh over works. Using the old one again breaks again. So, I suspect this bug is a good example for #28102. If someone wants to look deeper let me know and I can look closer at the old debootstrap-image contents (the ubuntu base image is the same for both, for instance).

I guess the least thing we could do is mentioning this possible error in our README.BUILD_ERRORS file.
